I help small and midsize New England health and human services agencies earn CARF accreditation without burning out their teams or their budgets. Too many strong, mission-driven organizations end up with a shortened one-year accreditation — not because their care is weak, but because their quality-measurement and documentation systems cannot show a surveyor what is already true on the ground. I founded Beacon Accreditation Consulting to close that gap. I bring deep working knowledge of the CARF ASPIRE to Excellence business-practice standards and the program-specific standards across behavioral health, substance use and opioid treatment, aging services, and home and community-based services. I guide agencies through the full lifecycle: readiness assessment, gap analysis, policy and crosswalk development, performance-measurement and outcomes systems, mock surveys, survey support, and post-survey Quality Improvement Plans. I also know the New England terrain driving most agencies' deadlines — MassHealth requirements, BSAS and DMH licensure, the federal OTP rule, CCBHC certification, and regional payer pressures across all six states.
